IFOTES ist Mitglied von
- IASP (International Association for Suicide Prevention) IASP
- WHMF (World Federation of Mental Health) WFMH
und steht in Zusammenarbeit mit der
- WHO (Weltgesundheitsorganisation) WHO
Partnerschaften
The two associations share the common ground of promoting Emotional Health; their mission and activities are complementary and mutually supportive. Both organisations’ experiences are focused on listening skills. In the domain of Emotional Health, IFOTES is particularly active in intervening on the phone and internet with adults while E4P is particularly active in primary prevention with children in schools.
Specifically IFOTES and E4P agree to:
- Share information about the two organisations and ways of working
- Meet regularly to discuss matters of common concern
- Invite each other to their major events
- Provide links to and from each other’s websites
- Define a three-year action plan for joint projects which is based on the IFOTES congress agenda
IFOTES pflegt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnerorganisationen
IFOTES, Samaritans/Befrienders Worldwide und Life Line International gründeten ESA (Emotional Support Alliance), ein weltweites Netzwerk dessen gemeinsames Ziel es ist:
- den Zugang zu emotionaler Unterstützung für Menschen in Krisensituationen zu verbessern
- sich einzusetzen für die Vergrößerung des Einflusses von emotionaler Unterstützung
- den Informationsaustausch und die Praxis- und Netzwerkarbeit unter den Mitgliedern zu verbessern
- Trainingsangebote zur Unterstützung der Wahrnehmung von Emotionaler Gesundheit und Suizidverhütung zu machen
- Austausch von Informationsmaterial zu ermöglichen
- Gemeinsame Präsentationen bei internationalen Kongressen durchzuführen
- Mit anderen Organisationen zu kooperieren, um gemeinsame Interessen auszutauschen.
